Happy New Years Eve to all!!

I don't think I can make it w/o ANY fat at all. Can I have a tiny bit of milk in my coffee?
I am doing the flush today.....starting the new year out right!
It is only 8 am and I need some coffee with a little milk. Will this ruin it for me?

Please advise.
