Until someone definitely determines the cause of acne, there isn't going to be one program that works for everyone. So just because some posts that their Acne was helped or cured by some particular method, doesn't guarantee that it will work for you anyway.

Cetaphil Moisturizer or Neutrogena Combo Skin Mositurizer

Night
Cream Cleanser
ice face, apply benzoyl peroxide to face, apply ice packs from 10 minutes.

I did this for 6 weeks. It actually did help clear up my skin, so much so that my dad asked what I had been doing. But, after the 4th week, my skin stopped showing improvement and there were actually 2 parts of my face that never showed improvement. Anyway I quit doing it because it was so time consuming, slightly uncomfortable due to the ice and [mainly] I had stopped seeing results.
