Well, I only lost 3 lbs in 10 days. I do feel great though so I guess it was worth it. i just wish more weight would have come off. I am disappointed in that. I am considering what you said and try and go for 4 more days but not sure what the point is if I dont lose any weight. I am starting to get really hungry since yesterday so maybe the cleanse did what it needed to do and thats it for me. I am glad I did it thougha nd have recommended it to many people. However, I am disappointed about the weight loss. Seems like a long time to go without food and only lose 3 lbs. Pretty strange.
