I started the cleanse yesterday and had no deal with it. Today at work, I drank almost 96 oz. of the MC. Everytime I got hungry I drank. The problem came around 3 pm. I kept smelling food and getting hungry. I caved when I left work.

At about 6 pm the drink, as well as the tea from this morning (didn't have enough time before work to do SWF) finally kicked in but I had already ate.

I almost was going to wait until the 1st but realize I will be able to find a reason to keep pushing it back at any time (I initially planned to start the 25th of Dec. and finally began the 29th) I 'feel' something I don't care to. I am going to continue with the drink tomorrow.

I choose to do this cleanse for 40 days, and even am willing to look at it as a 10 day cleanse and go from there. I am not sure why I am sabatoging myself and would appreciate any suggestions as how to stop. OH I did do it for 9 days back in October and had less of a hard time back then.
