Hard to tell! In don't swish that hard, but I have noticed that my jowl area is firmer...but I have been working out lately too.

The one thing I've noticed is my skin. My skin is so moist and clear. I'm 50, and I definitely have the skin of a 40 year old or younger. This is a most definite side-effect of oil pulling, I am sure of it.
