Lots of women can't.

Generally it's the most masculine women who cllmax most readily. And also the most masculine women who can ejaculate.

It's a function of (i) exposure to testosterone before birth as the fetus is developing and (ii) relatively high levels of testosterone at puberty and onwards. This among other things causes brain development with certain characteristics more common in males and causes greater development of the paraurethral glands (the female prostate)which gives a different sort of repsonse to stimulation, especially of the so-called G-spot, the vulva in general and the clitoris in particular.

The obvious sign of fetal exposure to high levels of testosterone is that the ring fingres are longer than the index fingers. Signs of exposure to high levels of testosterone from puberty onwards include increased coarse leg and body hair, growth of facial hair, smaller than average breasts, deeper than average voice, enlarged clitoris.

If you can't cllmax, just enjoy the fact that you're more feminine than many other women. cllmax and ejaculation are essential for reproduction in the male. That's what they are about. The fact that more-masculine women have the ability to cllmax and some very masculine women have the ability to ejaculate is just an indication that their bodies have some male characteristics -- albeit enjoyable ones.
