HI ya,,

I ve taken on Jakes advice also with HCL but I am not sure how long I have to take it before I see results??? How long did you take it was it an instant result?

I started taking HCL which also had other enzymes Papya etc it only had 100mg of HCL though. I was taking about 7 with no burning..

So I brought some more HCL but it only contains HCL and Pepsin 648mg HCL 130 Pepsin..took about 4 and then later on felt my stoamch was a little sore maybe a burning type feeling..so I think I'll just take two and see how it goes...
