I love the beach, actually, I just love being near water. There is something very energizing about being near free flowing, moving water. I used to live in Florida a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean; walking Barefoot in the salty sand is pure joy. Here in Arkansas I must make do with ponds, springs, and creeks for the most part, but I still love to be near water and just sit and breathe deeply. A rare trip to one of the rivers or Beaver Lake is a great treat. Next to the water, I love to be on top of a mountain enjoying an endless vista of spectacular views. I don't know what the future will bring to our beautiful world, but I believe we all have a deep hunger to simply be in pure nature drinking in its unique energies.
