Water fasting is too harsh, that is why you detoxed too fast. An OJ fast would not do that to you. The Master Cleanse is also a bit harsh for non experienced fasters too, though much preferable to a water fast. Just go to OJ and I'm sure you won't have those problems. EVen MH doesn't recommend enemas, he uses his Lower Bowel Balance to get things moving as do I. You might try the salt water flush suggested on the Master Cleanse forum.
If I were you I'd go to OJ for the next week or so and see how you feel.
Don't water fast until you have done several extended juice fasts!
