I started out juice fasting but moved into water fasting having maybe one lemon or one orange juiced at night if I could'nt fall asleep. Please, why do you ask? I have been so worried.... I am doing a bit better, I had some kelp, salt (sole water), and juice today. But I know cleaning yourself out is important while fasting and I am scared to do an enema now.
