another travestry. arkansas chickens used to be the leader in quality. i had an uncle who retired from campbell soup as a chicken catcher. decades of catching chickens in those coops. can you imagine? he would have a chicken inbetween every finger. he would bob up out of that ammonia dust with four or five chickens in each hand and go back in to do it again. he actually lived into his late seventies. i am still in awe.
