Zoe,

I have heard (and maybe experienced) the 'deeper on all levels' but can you explain what you mean?

I did 9 days on the Master-Cleanse back in October and the 10th day, I was having 'issues' so I started eating. What I realize about me is when 'things surface' I tend to drown it in some way. It used to be alcohol but it has been 14 1/2 months since I have had a drink. I guess I switched it to sweets and sugars. When I did the cleanse before I couldn't get over being hungry, or maybe it was more like just wanting to chew.

I began the cleanse again today and was doing well, mostly, until (although I am not stopping to eat) something came up and I got stressed. I thought about the need to chew on something...lol, maybe my son would have done the trick, since he was who I allowed to stress me!

At any rate, I am interested in doing this cleanse for 40 days. I feel the need to "release that which no longer serves me", which includes mental waste as well. So, any help you can give would be truly appreciated!
