There are actually 2 subjects in one forum-
1. Ky practice
2. KY healing technology

I Am not a member of a Dharma, but I do celebrate at their religious holidays that are held during Sadhanna..since I Am there anyway

I Am beginning to love all religions equally...and
none just as equally
truly a product of the neutral mind
on the subject of religion

Ah I will post some of the chants, here's the part of the post I posted for Ren

Most all of the Kriyas (not all) have 4 compnents to be effective

The asana- the body postion
there is a reason we do these to squeeze various organs while promoting flexibility
and preparing the body for a meditation
to release body tensions, and endrocrine toxins

2. The breathing while holding the postions
Some times the whole posture is the breathing just sitting in easy pose(taylor position) which really does not requiring holding- more a relaxing floor position
The breath is used for cleansing organs, balancing blood elements, removing patterns , and taking that monkey of a mind off whatever muck that has us hypnotised that day ;}

3. The mudras or hand positions that are creating an energy circuit to various nidras or accupuncture points in the body

4. The chant or song- as you have in har har gobinda

There is more to the prosperity practice than the chant

Mostly, sad to say, it is mostly about cleansing the toxins and quieting the monkey
and allowing and accepting the abundance that the "already knowing" thoughts keeps at bay.

Sat Nam Rayasan is a different but related practice dedicated strictly to healing
