the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is also a good initiation into fasting. each time you are done, you have an empty GI tract. enjoy it. get to know it. dont rush to put something back in your gut. it is also the best way to start a fast. play with it and soon, you will need no other doctor than yourself.
