Therein lies the fiction. There once was a time a couple hundred years ago when there was but one law, the Common Law - that free people, like Trapper, have the freedom (and the responsibility that comes with) to pursue a life of happiness so long as that does not hurt somebody else doing the same. It was pretty difficult for anyone to be ignorant of that simple law. Even then it was not a perfect system; there was still the injustice of black people, people born with the same inherent rights everyone is born with, taken from their native lands to be held here in captivity and servitude. The central bankers, having successfully fomented their 'War of North versus South' and the murder of Lincoln, was subsequently victorious in the murder of the common people at large by giving birth to the 14th Amendment; the bankers gave the blacks some company in their slavery, previously free white people. How kind of them. Since then it's been a long and tedious, gradual process for the bankers and their hired lawmen to slowly cover over the factual people and their Common Law with fictional substitutes. But they and their corruption is constant and ongoing.

It's now since been many decades since Common Law was successfully eradicated. The flesh & blood person Trapper has unwittingly been usurped by the corporate person TRAPPER, 14th Amendment 'citizen', thanks in part to your SCOTUS who aided, abetted, held & affirmed the same along the way. Informed Consent is no longer required as a matter of business practice. A dumbed down, willfully ignorant populous lured into Tacit Consent & Implied Contracts through ignorance and silence is the substitute rule of this law . A recent count of the laws of this fiction puts the number, give or take, at 60 million statutes IE> laws by statute, which is to say, there is no law anymore. In it's place are people pretending to be lawmen making things up as they go, things they call statutes, known by many other names, like Commercial Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, International Merchant Law. Pretty easy to be ignorant of something currently defined by 60 million statutes and running, wouldn't you say? In the mid 60's this was codified into the Uniform Commercial Code. Today there are seldom to be found flesh & blood people - common men and woman, who still remember or are aware of and in pursuit of their Common Law. In civil actions, we generally find people who, whether they fathom and grasp the principals and principles in play or not, are pursuing "remuneration" for "damages" caused by other people; the term of what is meant by "hurt" has been remolded and fashioned into a modern contrivance and pursuit of $$. Ignorant people have repeatedly shown that they may not understand much of what goes on these days, but if one throws some $$ at them, they can be contented and silenced. Chances are pretty good that if one finds themselves in such a so-called court of law, they are likely to be forced to "swear an oath" followed immediately by the question - "are you a 14th Ammendment citizen of the U.S.A.?" Depending on your faith, you may want to be careful and sure how and with whom you are swearing an oath to, but answer yes and you have unwittingly just contracted with the BEAST, tacitly accepted the fiction, and waived your right to Common Law in the process. If in the subsequent proceding you should then instinctively raise a plea demanding Constitutional protections and Common Law, chances are pretty good the "judge" will first warn you sternly "do not attempt to bring the Constitution into my court", and if you persist, find you in contempt of his court for seeking such protection. Ain't tacit contract law wonderful?

If the force of Common Law had still been in effect, Janet Reno and gang, from slick bill, supremes, all the way down to the minion media and terrorizing, gun-wielding, fire-bombing, alphabet-ninjas doing her bidding would have been hauled off to a Common Law Court and tried for the multitude of crimes against humanity. There once was a time when it was well known to be a high crime for perpetrating the roasting & toasting of children, women and men. There once was a time when the people at large experienced outrage at such. Last time I heard, Janet was writing her memoirs, enjoying the fame of an occasional stint on SNL, and running for some other office. Meanwhile, the grunt alphabet ninjas are still on the public dole, perhaps pursuing promotion within their rank & file offices of thuggery, like FEMA, and HSA, whle pursuing the harassment of innocent women & children at the behest of their master fiction - the state. Only Lord knows what's become of the people at large and their capcity for outrage.
