That crucial first 3 months in the womb is rather frightening, considering how many people become pregnant without knowing or planning. Really the mother should be planning for at least 6 months or 1 year before the pregnancy, or in other words living in preparation all the time! But most people are WOW I am already 2/3 months pregnant! And then it's too late. You shouldn't have alcohol or caffiene, either, but how many women were drinking their alcohol and coffees all through the first month? Eek!
