Fellow Flushers,

What do you think about using the Lime/Egg/Oil flush between the ES/Oil/Lemon flushes?

I do the 2nd type every 3 or 4 weeks. I have already done 10 regular flushes and removed over 2,200 stones.

Do you think alternating these flushes would be beneficial or too hard on the liver in particular and the other elimination systems as well?
