Hi there
I am in the middle of taking the product candigest(though I know it to be overpriced and will change to other enzymes..).
Basically its the combination of protease and cellulase that have the killing effect, the others effectively starve the candida, simply by being digestive enzymes. On this basis its best to get some good, cheap digestive enzymes rich in protease/cellulase.
When I find the best I'll post the info.
I do feel that candigest is having a good effect :)
