I have been OPing for about 2-3 weeks now.
I love how my skin and my teeth look, I never thought that it would help my skin...but it glows!I have limited my makeup it looks so good, LOL!
I am pulling once a day in the morning. I only do it for about 10-15 minutes, about 1 tsp, it is white and foamy. But after I spit, or even when I pull I get throat congestion, and dryness that usually forces me to stop and spit. But then after I get lots of phlem, to the point were I have gagged to near vomiting. ( I have had excess throat mucus for years).
Is this ok? pull more or less? Any suggestions?
