I am 46 and I have been diagonsed with a prolapsed uterus. I have one large and small fibroid. I feel like I am not emptying my bladder like I use to. I have read your suggestions about fibroids and I do kegels, but is there anything I could do for the prolasped uterus besides surgery? I do not like this feeling.
