i may not be the best person to ask, the info i gave was just from me reading the oil pulling forum and also from the recommended site:

which said this at the bottom under the "Precautions" heading:

(c) Sunflower and Sesame oil have been found to be equally effective in curing diseases. Other oils were not found to be as good. Do not blame oil pulling by practicing with other oils. Use refined oils.

I'm sure if you ask the question, though, someone will answer it, there are a lot of very knowledgeable people here who do oil pulling.
