hey optimum you are sure right! i should pay attention to the money im SAVING from all those expensive cosmetics and shampoos etc!

and coconut oil on toast that sounds yummy! i just discovered drinking/eating flax oil i had some with some coconut yoghurt and blueberries the other day and i thought i died and gone to heaven it was that good!

for some reason i just go through an insane amount of OO (Olive-Oil) for pulling....maybe i should just keep in it my mouth for longer lol!!!!
