Thank you again. I just got off a 35 day Master-Cleanse and I've decided to become a vegetarian again. I keep on flip flopping between vegan and ovo-lacto. My local health food store is really good and has tons of stuff like organic yogurt, etc...

If you get organic milk, cheese and free range egg products, are they generally considered good by the curezone community?

Any opinions on vegan vs. ovo-lacto?
