I agree, appendix is at the lower right part of the gut.

I get the bloating too, often in specific areas like yours. I like the idea of Water Fasting to see if that helps it. However, I doubt that it is from the spicey foods... I think that is mostly a myth, but hey maybe I am not so smart.

Good luck, let us know, I need some answers about the causes of bloat too.
