i have to second everything trapper said. since i started with the oil (pulling, drinking for diet and cleanse) i have had unparalleled psychological coping skills! ive been non-functioning for over a year because of trauma related problems but since the oil revolution ive been able to start coping again. what am i saying - again? this is the first time ive been able to learn HEALTHY coping skills in my whole life!!
