Hi,

I've heard that some people take Epsom Salt capsules during LFs instead of the standard mixing it with water and then drinking it. Is there a place to purchase Epsom Salt capsules or would I have to manually do that myself? The doses of Epsom Salt tastes VILE! Thanks.
