Thank you so much for your quick response. I am overwight now though. I am only 5 feet tall and my weight is always a very healthy avg 105lbs. I had medical issues this year and the nutritionist shot my weight up. Friends and family couldnt believe the weight gain so Yes I do need to get it off. I was hoping this would get me back to my normal healthy weight and cleanse my system naturally. Having said that, do you think if I go 10 days and the weight doesnt change should I stop or should I go to 12 or 14 days?
