my fat intake and oil pulling has com-pletely bannished stress and anxiety. i am not bothered by much of anything. now, i have considerable skills with mental coping mechanisms, so that is another consideration, but i am not affected physically any more. nothing. nada. it is like i am shielded from all such affliction. i cannot explain it other than the oil.

pull oil
eat oil
wear oil
