Two things seem to trigger this state, in my opinion...

... Ammonia from parasites, and,

... Stress, whether from unusual and pressing life situations, or from a sense of perfectionism we place upon ourselves.

And, no, I don't think these are the "serious neurological problems" we might think they are.

"Serious neurological problems" seem to be more or less permanent.

The relief I feel, instantly, from removing one or both of the above from my life, is amazing.

Humaworm taught me this lesson, too. I loved it!
