Another thought that crosses my mind is that maybe a person could get more Vitamin E from wholesome food than the average diet. Specifically, I wonder about Goji berries. Could they contain Vitamin E?
I've heard they are delicious, and somehow suspected their main claim to fame might be Vitamin C, but I think I need to read more. Maybe they have seeds inside?
Have you noticed? Labels always state any additional advantages that a particular product has. So, if you know what a product 'should' boast, and if that boast is missing, then you need to look further.
