thanks for the details. We must have some of the same deficiencies, I think it was you who suggested calcium for burning skin which I had and the calcium is working great for that. What were your symptoms of sodium deficiency? I was not taking in any salt for a long time and also drinking distilled water-ugh bad combo and yes I have low adrenals too. Sodium has been a Godsend!

I too have to salt everything and now I carry salt with me.
