Ah...great. I found some at Swanson Vitamins where I was going to order the yucca and bromelain. The typo had me confused. How does it work to protect nerves? I want to get as healthy as possible before facing possible surgery this spring.

Also, how do you feel about inversion tables for back problems? I have one, and my Chiropractor/Naturopath thinks they can be helpful for most people. I have used it at about 45-60 degrees for a couple of minutes at a time. Will this help or can it cause more damage if its a disk causing the trouble.
