as far as candida goes, you REALLY want to be sure to take a strong probiotic, and take lots of it. i like primal defense, its a quality brand, but a bit expensive. if its too expensive, then i would try this product which i have used and like. i take 10 - 12 a day, sometimes 15 or more.
