I do wonder, though, how you can eat like that and feel heavy and bloated. Could you be having yeast issues? If so, remember the Master-Cleanse is a bad choice! In this case you should be fasting on green juices. Add fresh garlic to the veggies, fresh ginger to the fruit which should be restricted to Granny Smith apples. Master-Cleanse will feed yeast and whoops! Trouble!
