It is SO nice to talk with someone that has gone through this. I KNOW the chiro i sn't for me for everytime I try to do it, I make myself stiff for 2 weeks (took 3 times to realize this) I feel stupid BUT was looking for help on the outside esp. when there gong ho that it WILL help. And when I wasn't getting better.

1) How long before the A*****ose helped you? I am on a month (8 teaspoons a day). I have felt no difference except MAJOR thirst for first 3 weeks.

2) Did the tens unit help? My chiro does something similar. She also does traction on my neck manually-do you think this can also cause discomfort?

3) How did your chiro cause discomfort? From the activator? My old chiro was adjusting my neck 5 times a week (with the neck "cracking") I heard it wasnt good for herniated discs but both chiros disagreed. I live in NY maybe there more aggressive here :)

4)You say 2 tbl ginger from what source (powder, fresh juice?)I can juice the ginger in my juicer how much juice then 2 tbl?

5)I am DEFINTELY buying/doing the ozone therapies and will read about them on the oxygen forum. Did you feel the ozone water helped?

6)I usually eat a vegan diet and minimally processed foods ...BUT with the holidays and me being upset about the neck the last 2 weeks I have been eating POORLY. I am going to fast for several days to clean house. (pineapple/apple yum!) and ginger of course.

7) Yes my colonic therapist with her husband also has a FAR sauna. She is a wonderful woman and I have done oxygen in the colonics (amazing). She says the chamber helps autistic kids and she has gone through some rough times.

*The chamber is expensive. 20 sessions is over $2000. Of course my health has no price. I bought the book you recommended.


How are you feeling now?


Again thank you. I met so many conventional people here in NY who have herniated discs and have had surgery or medication. Talking about A*****ose, fasting, or ozone would get me blank stares, looks of lunacy or as the neurologist told me "you can have botox injections for your neck pain" UGH!
