Hello.

Although in general fish oil is good, but I have seen that in most of the over-the-counter capsuls, cholestrol is between 3 to 8% and of course in some 0%. Is this a bad cholestrol. I mean can we say that 0%-cholestrol is better and healthier than non-0%?
