sounds to me like those people in the office were experiencing classic detox reactions. you have to work your way up with anything. start out slow and increase over time. if you just blast away right off, you are gonna have problems.

also, where is the science? "ozone can scar your lungs, ozone can do this and that, ozone can make your hair turn green, bla bla" okay, thats all his opinion. does he have any data to back that up? the entire article is just unsubstantiated claims.

ozone is part of the environment, you breath it in all the time. its all about dosage level. and IF your lungs are full of crud and crap, then YES it will cause problems. thats the detox reactions of coughing and sneezing, etc. but as your lungs clear, so do those reactions.

too much ozone can cause problems, i do belive. but so can to little, and really too little is the problem most of the time.
