So you think the chamber might be good esp. long term? My colonic therapist also has the chamber it costs $110 for 90 minutes.

1) Where can I get a machine for ozonated water? Brand name...maybe a link?

2) How much H202 do I out in the bath(thats hydrogen peroxide correct?) 3% okay? Is more than once a week ok?

3) I did a juice fast with pineapple/ chinese herbs but no difference. I bought Zymactive today which I was told was VERY helpful in inflammation (although it comes from the silk worms larvae...yuck!) I also am taking glyconutrients for a month but have not seen a difference. I will start taking ginger as I was told its GREAT for inflammation.

4)I tried a NEW chiro and after the 1st adjustment of neck, my side of face went numb for 3 hours. She NEVER heard of this happening before (I'm ok now) BUT she thinks I'm more aligned today. Go figure! I start quest. myself is the neck adjustments helpful/harmful. I was told to find a chiro who does flexion/distraction. Looking for one.

5) Thank you for telling me how long it took to heal. At 3 months I feel like I SHOULD be healed already...esp cause I work with kids and when I move it aggrvates it and then I focus MORE on it.

5)Did you have tingling. I have it all the time in hands and feet.

6) I TRY to be positive. I am aware that thoughts are important..but I am not trusting and fearful (esp. when it comes to pain) so this is a lesson for me.

7) I will buy that book.

Did you see a chiro for the neck. I have not met anyone who was adjusted with herniated discs in neck. What happened. Did you feel worse, no improvement. eyc. From their point of view you have to align the bones to alleviate the pressure of the nerves (or something like that :)

What job did you do. I teach and find it very difficult as I teach groups of 10 years olds.

Anything you share is helpful. I dont know ANYONE that has this herniated discs in neck.
