I believe it was Owen who recommended using a few
grains of uncooked brown rice to remineralize your
distilled water. He also recommended it be exposed
to sunlight. I do this using my recycled Apple Juice
gallon glass jugs which have a nice lid and I put
it outside~~

Of course, if you live where it is cold right now,
perhaps a window will work fine too.





If you are worried at all, take some minerals. I
like mine in liquid form but a good multi with
minerals would be good.
