Hi I have done enemas before. So you do the Enemas soon after the flush, as in the day after you have taken the final dose of Epsom salts?

Also i have been taking the Dr Shultze formula for 3 months now as its the most effective way for me to have BMs. Oxy-powder makes me tired and slowed down, Psyllium husks stop working for me and cause me constipation now, so its my best option at the moment.
