Thanks for the reassurance Trapper.  I agree with what you wrote.  I am still working towards changing what I put into my body for fuel.  Changes that seem small today but will be of benefit as time goes on because I am being more careful in my choices, and I'm finding that I will shun away from things I believe have bad ingredients in.

My legs are still feeling great from the oil pulling!  Thanks for the reply and Merry Christmas and all other Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to you and everyone if I don't get back on here again for awhile!  Shalom!....carea
