All Hail Ryger, chief of the Warriors!

I've read all your posts on this forum and seeing as you have the most experience I'm wondering:

a) if I follow the WD, can I lose 10-15 pounds over the next 3 months? I'm female, 5'8 and weigh about 140 pounds.

b) what's your experience with eating REALLY late, as in 1 hour before bed? Do you sleep easily?

c) how can you tell if a food is easily digestable or not? I've been eating a lot of Basmati white rice lately and find I only have one bowel movement per day, shortly after I wake up. On a really personal note, that BM sometimes feels 'incomplete' - as in not enough elimination. Does eating carbs 'back you up' or does this sound normal per your experience?

d) by intermitent fasting, do you mean more than the 22-24 hour fasting we do by eating only once per day? do you skip the one meal some days? were you trying to lose weight?

and *finally*...

e) I'm going to India in March and want to build up some resistance to bacteria. It seems logical that I try eating raw eggs and raw meat to do this but I don't have access to a big variety organic products (especially meat) here in Greece. The meat however is still very good quality and completely unlike what I'm used to in Canada (where I was raised). Should I just take the plunge and try eating them? Do I have to work them in slow or can I just try swallowing an entire raw egg? If I marinate the meats in vingegar/lemon juice will it kill the parasites?

Looking forward to hearing from you! All hail the chief!

Athina
