Thats very kind of you to respond..Yes I have become a obsessed crazy lady due to all this and I think I am going to go bac on the diet..

I have also brought some lepicol which contains enzymes and husk to try and get my bowels moving reguarly..

I had a bing the other night where Iwas so down and ate sugary stuff and my tum was really swollen the next day so I think that means I should get back on it. I thought it would only take 6 months Id been on it 6 months but have been ill for a over a year before found out about all this stuff like you must find its so frustrating...
