I was just begining to do the yogurt maker search and your recommendation is right on time!
The thing I like about the bio-k is that I can get a lot of good bacteria without having to eat a large amount of dairy (which breaks me out). Is it possible to make a more concentrated batch of the yogurt so that its similar is bacteria count to the bio-k? Also do you know of any reliable sources of bifidus starter?
