I use red rice yeast in capsules it works (finally) but its hard to stabilize when you go into type 2 (for lack of a better description) phase 170/over 100+- then you have some work

And deep meditation
get out of the physical for a while
The last bad bout I had took days - even weeks to stabilize

It was NO Fun
I was exhausted

Even inverted yoga poses became problematic
No Fun
