Hi Sutton,

Did you know that eating the Protein is stimulating your Adrenal, Causing it to React against your Blood sugars etc ?

And this method of stimulation may in the end wear out your adrenal , thus Causing more problems !

It is kind of like taking an ole worn-out horse and making it pull a cart by always whipping it to move !

Sooner or later the ole horse is going to Fall ove "DEAD" from the many whippings it has recieved to stimulate it over the years !

What the ole horse needs is some R&R( Rest and Relaxation in some nice geeen Pasture with Highly Mineralized Grass to eat, so that it may recover !

The body may be the same way !

If you keep "Whipping" it, then sooner or later it may stick it's toes up in the air and need to be buried 6 feet under !

The Adrenal system must be supplied the needed Alkaline Minerals and not continue to be "Whipped" with too much protein, if a person expects Positive Results in the end !
