I do not eat refined foods. I eat all non processed food and mostly all organic. But, I seem to need a lot of protein. If I don't eat protein at night, I wake up in a sweat and I need to eat in the middle of the night. I knew for years I have exhausted adrenals. Never found the right answer to help. I KNOW you are right. I can not even eat a piece of fruit with out having a reaction.
I can't wait to keep getting better. I have searched for help for a long long time. I know this is for me.
