I eat copious amounts of cole veggies. I eat them and juice them almost everyday. So they are either poor quality ( I buy organic, but after reading on here that could mean nothing)or could it be that the nerves of the colon are damaged from years of laxative abuse?
I have gotten all my ingredients for the BSM drink, except for the CH, I am still waiting for the delivery.
I am having a hard time not eating protein late at night becuase of blood suger and also having a little reaction to the BSM.
My morning ph is 7.5 saliva and 4. urine. Not sure what that means. But,know I have some work to do.
Well, wanted to say again thank you for your generosity. Really do appreciate it.
