Hey Hopinso, The greasy after a flush really helps me to go LOL. Do you have the instructions? I have done one 3 days in a row and yesterday I dumped a bunch of what looked like worms, and some other stuff. The instructions says to do it several days in a row. I had better luck with the magneseum citrate than epsom. Pam
