Dont let yourself feel too helpless, it only makes things feel worse. It's hard to be cheerful when things look, feel, and "are" sooo difficult. But if you let yourself feel negative, it drains your energy, and you feel even worse fore it.


You may have read this report, that apxr, put up on another post. It is solid Science, AND, I think that they are nilly there. Have a read of it, it's a little bit cheery :)
